Contractor portal - module for Serix IAM

Seriline is now launching the Contractor portal as a module for Serix IAM. From the Contractor portal, the contractor company can log in and administer its own staff. You decide for yourself which rights the contractor company should have.

How does it work?

Via Serix IAM's basic platform, an administrator can set up a contractor company that has an assignment with your organization. The contractor company is created with a name and contract period, as well as any other information such as organization number and address. The contractor company has contact people who must be able to log in to the portal with BankID, for example, as well as authorized people within their own organization who are responsible for the contractor company. The contractor's contacts can then log in and administer their own employees during the contract period.
The contract company can now be responsible for keeping their list of employees up to date and can order access cards and authorizations. The authorizations that must be available can be controlled per contractor company.

As an administrator of Serix IAM from your own organization, you can always go in and add, edit and delete the information that the contractor enters. You therefore always have full control and have the ability to block individual contractors or the entire contractor company.

ORDER AND APPROVAL OR TRUSTED CONTRACTOR?

When an order for authorization is made from the contractor, it can be sent for approval within the organization in one or several steps. The system can be configured so that the order is always sent via an authorized person before it is forwarded to the approver for the area of authority.
The contractor can also be given rights to assign selected authorizations to its employees without a certificate from its own organization.

ALWAYS AVAILABLE - FROM ANYWHERE

The contract portal is a module for Serix IAM that is installed on a separate public web server and communicates securely with Serix IAM, where all information is stored. The module works both if the operation takes place on your own servers or as a cloud service from Seriline.

The contractor's contact person logs in using a username / password, BankID or the organization's own authentication service.

SERIX CONTRACTOR PORTAL CAN BE INTEGRATED WITH OTHER EXISTING SYSTEMS

The contractor portal can of course use Serix IAM's existing support for the control of contractors' training and competence for the industry through SSG Access. The contact person can then create their employees by entering a social security number or SSG card number. When created, personal data and images are collected, and a check is made to ensure that the employee meets the requirements for work within your organization. Controls are then made continuously with SSG Access, where the person is blocked automatically if they no longer meet the requirements. Status is presented both to the contact person in the contractor portal and to the administrator of Serix IAM.
